Accessibility Statement for Mindshift Performance
At Mindshift Performance, we're committed to making our website accessible, usable and inclusive for as many people as possible.
That means you should be able to:
- Navigate most of the site using a keyboard or screen reader
- Zoom in up to 300% without content spilling off the screen
- Adjust colours, contrast levels and fonts where needed
- Understand content clearly, without needing complex explanations
We aim to use plain English wherever possible. We know accessibility isn't just about technical compliance – it’s about making sure everyone can access ideas, opportunities and support, whatever their needs.
How accessible is this website?
We’ve designed our website to be as accessible as possible, but we know there are areas that could be improved. For example:
- Some older PDFs or downloadable resources may not be fully accessible to screen readers
- Some videos may not yet have full transcripts or audio descriptions
- Certain interactive elements (like pop-ups or form labels) could be more screen reader-friendly
We're actively working to fix these and welcome your feedback to help us do better.
What we’re doing to improve accessibility
We regularly review our site and content with accessibility in mind. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards wherever possible, and any new content or features are checked for accessibility before going live.
We’re also exploring improvements such as:
- Adding alt text to all images
- Reviewing navigation for better keyboard use
- Providing transcripts or captions for video/audio content
